Great service. Pick up is excellent. Any one star reviews are completely wrong - I read the one star review and it is a complaint about plastic being used in the packaging, which I personally think gives it a premium feel - since your items are well protected from dust or fluids. The service is 5 star - I have used it every few months or so since 2023 and never had a single issue 🌟

Was in town on holiday for a week and decided to try Image Laundry after calling several wash and fold services. Image Laundry picked up and dropped off flawlessly. Their prices can’t be beat and pick-up/drop-off was only 2 AED. Our clothes came back clean and professionally packed in individual clear plastic bags. Great service while in Dubai and communication via WhatsApp was constant and clear. Would recommend and use them again. Thank you Image!

Had given my sisters wedding gown for a complete cleaning as it turned from white to yellow. Honestly wasn’t expecting to get the yellow stain which caught onto the gown off. But the result was just amazing, the gown from yellow turned back to the original white as if it was just brought from the shop. Highly recommend anyone to give wedding gowns or any other clothing for a clean.

“If laundry had an Olympic event, Image Laundry would be taking home the gold — probably after ironing the medal ribbon. They were polite, prompt, and professional the whole way through. Communication was spot on, and their English was better than mine (and I’m a native speaker who sometimes argues with autocorrect).

The turnaround is 48 hours, which is perfectly reasonable… unless you’re like me and remember you need your ‘lucky shirt’ tomorrow. No problem — they’ve got an expedite option. For just a fair 30% extra, they basically give your clothes the VIP treatment. Think of it like first class for your socks.

Honestly, I didn’t think doing laundry could feel this smooth. Great service, no confusion, and zero shrinkage — except in my stress levels. Highly recommend!

One of the best dry cleaning laundry services in dubai if not the whole uae, professional respectful team, the customer service is phenomenal the driver is one of the best most polite people i have ever met in my life, this is not a made up review this guy have waited for me to arrive to my place and collect my clothes for over half an hour one time and has been as polite as anyone can ever be. Nevertheless the laundry service is great they really care about your clothes and they take care of them and clean them in the best way possible. They have a team that picks up your clothes from any place in Sharjah as well as dubai. They have a great large scale professional setup for cleaning your clothes. I would recommend you to try their services. They made sure all my clothes are ironed and cleaned well. I have all high end brand shirts pants and coats they have always made sure they are in top condition and they don’t mess up your fabric like other laundries.
