Nope! we will sort, wash, dry, fold, package. If you have any special processing items (Delicate wash, sanitizing wash, stain treatment, air-dry, etc.) or other requests, please let us know at the time of pickup to be sure all items are processed exactly as you’d like!
We accept both cash and card payments.
Turnaround time is 48 Hours from pickup to drop off (except weekends).
Large orders (5 or more) bags, or items needing intensive stain-treatment may require more than 48 hours. 24 Hour Rush Service is available on some orders for a small fee. You can leave your bag in secure location outside your home (doorstep, porch, reception desk etc.) or reschedule a day/time pickup.
Please Note: Your items will only be given with a designated person or dropped off in a predetermined place with your prior approval.
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pickup. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.
Although not required, you can complete an inventory sheet prior to pickup. You will keep the original sheet and we will keep a copy within your bag.
Please notify of any missing items listed on the inventory sheet within 48 hours of drop off. If your item is not located after further investigation, the compensation of the lost garment shall be limited to a maximum of ten times the amount charged.
Although we can’t guarantee to remove a mark, we do use top quality products and our colleagues are highly trained and willing to do everything they can to get the best result possible.
